    Are Partial Refunds allowed under this circumstance?


    I bought Diablo 3 Eternal Collection for $60 on the 16th. On the 18th it went on sale for $30. Am I SoL or can I get a partial refund? I still want to keep the game but I feel a bit shafted.

    No refunds are given. You can always delete the partial download and redownload again and play it yourself.
