Are other people experiencing troubles with Xbox party chat

It's not a party, can't invite any other people to it, it's literally a voice chat between two people. There isn't a way to start a normal party chat then invite multiple people.

I'm sorry to hear that you've come across this issue. It does happen from time to time where you can blatantly tell when people are cheating by using party chat (or other voice chat apps) to communicate whilst on different teams. I experienced this myself
on Battlefield a few times, I recorded the clip and filled out a negative report on the players I suspected of cheating.

However, I don't think that banning party chat is the solution. I love using party chat, but I do agree with others that the ease of use of party chat has made online gaming with strangers a fairly quiet experience. I made a lot of friends on the original
Xbox and Xbox 360 through game chat when playing with new people. Unfortunately, that's just how things seem to be across most platforms now. Party chat is prevalent on the PlayStation and Xbox, and a lot of people use Discord on the PC for their game chat.

No, I am trying to chat with other people on an XBox One. Oddly enough, one of my friends who is having the same issue can chat to people through BF4 ingame chat. Just not through party chat.

Usually has to do with NAT problems, but other items have been known to happen.

You could try restarting your network equipment also to see if that fixes the problem.
