Im sorry but its 100% correct. Did exactly what you suggested several times. The support team is completely useless in this situation. The enforcement team shows absolutely no signs of interest in investigating either sides. There was no infringement on my side but the teams are completely not interested. This shows us that the lack of support and interest just proves my point. If there was atleast one person who showed any interest in the support team this situation would be different. But there is not even a single person on the Microsoft team willing to help.

Kinect is a gimmick and will never take off with serious gamers. Developers have or will realize this and will not make much use of Kinect. Mostly kids will use Kinect and imagine if the system is set up in their bedroom? There will be a web cam watching
them and could seriously boarder on child pornography.
