    Are Challenges tracking Correct?


    I enjoy the new layout for the rewards section, but it seems like there is always some kind of issue. I dont think there is a way to track challenges, and i am pretty sure i have a couple completed but never recieved any e-mail to collect Gems.

    For instance, I know I completed the early Bird, because I pre-ordered more than 5 games this past 2 months. Forza 7, AC Origins, Wolfenstein, and COD all already released. And I believe its been 96 hours since they released. The other games i pre-ordered
    dont come out for a couple months so I know they wouldnt count.

    Prospector I completed, and still have not received an email. i took Sept, oct, and Nov survey.

    The last one is Golden child. I have been an Xbox Live member for 8 years straight, yet I dont htink I ever recieved an email to collect Gems.

    Am I missing something, maybe didnt do something correct for the challenges?

    How are they created? from the career playing done tracking the best of each challenge? Or are they created when you play free play rounds? or when responding to rival challenges?

    XBox "Day One" achievement not showing

    I know; some, like True Achievements are currently only tracking Xbox One achievements and challenges for their Pro Members while they work out the kinks of tracking the new console.

    Are Challenges tracking Correct?

    Support will double check on some of them, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1. So you would not have been awarded gems for anything done before then.

    Since Gems were only created as a new feature to Xbox Live Rewards on October 1st, it is not possible to be Rewarded for activity before that date:

    What are MyChallenges?



    MyChallenges are a new way to earn by completing certain tasks, like having an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or pre-ordering digital games from the Microsoft Store. For every challenge you complete, you’ll earn a Reward of MyVIP Gems and a badge
    to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.


    Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.



    The only challenge that you have completed since this feature started in October is the pre-order "Early Bird" MyChallenge. Regarding your Early Bird MyChallenge completion, we see that you have still not claimed this on your MyRewards page. From the FAQ:

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

    Nope, no way to track it,.... except for ones with challenges, just have fun. Most of those weapons are also in the challenges list tooo, so you can actually track them with that.

    I did hear a lot of these "finishing move" challenges are specific to TDM.

    From my understanding it has to be in a game mode where the kill is what ends the game, not caps or defends etc etc.
