    I am having trouble opening up my big fish games which I paid for. Are you blocking my games. I deleted my xbox files because I thought that would help but I dont know if I should have. Just frustrated with my problems not being able tp play my games. Thank you Hope to hear from you

    I would like to clarify, what is the exact issue or error message/code that you're getting whenever you're trying to play your games so I can check that for you?

    three of us have tried on 3 different pc's to use big fish. were advised to uninstaall/reinstall does not work because microsoft is blocking because it is not a microsoft store app. How is this legal microsoft game selections suck

    Hi George,

    Thanks for your reply. I clicked the Big Fish zendesk link you supplied. I do already have the latest game manager version. Big Fish's 2022 platform update article doesn't mention anything about upcoming Windows 11 compatibility. Oh well, I guess I'll have to be patient. It's a good thing I have a Windows 10 desktop and a Windows 11 laptop. All bases are covered (except Windows 7, which was my favorite version, on an old PC that bit the dust).
