    Are avatars broken???


    My avatar stopped appearing on my leader board and profile over 2 months ago. It doesn't matter if I try loading my new one, or the 360 version, it just doesn't work anymore. I have tried clearing the cache on my Series S (and it was a royal pain to log back on to every app I use) and it doesn't show up on my profile when I log on to my Xbox One either. I tried to view it from a friends house, and theirs is working, but you couldn't see mine when he viewed my profile from his friends list. If this feature is broken, how can I get a refund for all the items (a LOT) that I have purchased over the years?

    Ehh...the hover feature is broken for me as well, actual gamerpictures just show the players gamercard as if it was a avatar picture.

    I'm having the same issue as well. Tried it on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and none of them works.

    Hey there Nacho!

    Are you still having this issue?

    If so, are you connecting to the store via these devices all on the same internet connection?

    If so, can you possibly try a different internet connection to see if it yields any better results?

    I'm having the same problem on Windows 7. I tried to load the page on IE 11, Firefox, and Chrome. But after Silverlight completes loading, it only shows a blank area.
