Arctis Series Nova 7 connection issue

Discus and support Arctis Series Nova 7 connection issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Arctis Series Nova 7 connects to everything, even the dongle but does not show up at all or work on the Xbox.     Arctis Series Nova 7 connects to everything, even the dongle but does not show up at all or work on the Xbox. Really need help, please and thank you. Dont wanna have to return this headset

    Nope - No difference - Only thing I can think is I've got some Arctis Nova Steel Series headphones - I know they can work on the 2.4Ghz band, and I've got that currently cabled in via USB at the back of the Xbox X - I'm curious to know if that's causing any issues tbh.

    I use both a Steel Series Arctis 7 (for PC and Xbox One), and a Turtle Beach Earforce XO Seven. I think they're both great and would recommend either headset. The Arctis 7 is more expensive because it's wireless on PC, but it's very comfortable and I've
    never had any issues using it for prolonged gaming/discord sessions.

    Arctis are the ones who decide which devices their products are compatible with and unfortunately, the arctis 7 isn't however arctis produced the arctis 9x which connects to the Xbox using Xbox wireless rather than Bluetooth (same way your controller connects)
    it does also include Bluetooth though to enable you to connect it to other devices. I'm sorry, you've had trouble with your one x and accessories I've had my one x and elite controller for around 15 months without any issues what so ever.

    - The issue is that the headset is not designed to work with the Xbox One.

    - It's up to the hardware/headset manufacturer to make the device compatible with the console

    I use the Arctis 7 on my PC, I'd definitely recommend those too. The Arctis headsets are really comfortable and feel quite lightweight too.
