ArcaniA will not download

I have tried every idea/hint on here to get ArcaniA to download to no avail. I would seriously like to play the game.

This is the only time I have ever had a problem with downloading anything or any problems at all. SO I am not coming down on xbox for it. But it seems, since there does seem to be quite a few people having problems with the same game in the same way that
perchance the problem is on the server side? And having to do work arounds and fight to even have a slight possibility of downloading the game is not fair to the user? If we had bought the game in physical form we could take it back and get a replacement game
if it didn't work. So, will those of us who can't get the game to download be issued a refund of the purchase price or some other way to get the game, like a hard copy of the game?

can't download ArcaniA

I realy tried all what was wrote on forums. Also I contact xbox support, we tried all from complet cleaning cash, delete all yellow exlamations error files from hdd. unplug physical hdd (prevent cleaning of dust), control of network (prevent of NAT error),
all was not usefull. Seems that this problem is only about the "ArcaniA" game. All other bought games is possible download without problem include addon of ArcaniA game. Just when i start download ArcaniA, show 0% of downloading process, abou 5 sec nothing,
then quick 100% download and low of scree xbox says "I cant download ArcaniA".

I have the same problem, impossible to download the game

 

try deleting the game then clearing the cache by going to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache then restart the console and re-download the game again.
