Discus and support arbitrary enforcement action in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I discover on 02/22/2022 that I have received an enforcement action, yet I had already served a three day suspension from 02/11/2022 thru 02/14/2022....     I discover on 02/22/2022 that I have received an enforcement action, yet I had already served a three day suspension from 02/11/2022 thru 02/14/2022. This seems to be arbitrary action since, I wasn't even online any during 02/21/2022. Nor is there any record of any inappropriate messages being sent since the first enforcement action which I have already served the suspension for. Suspending a person's account without actually proving that they have violated the community standards seems slightly arbitrary and capricious. It seems that I have been suspended twice for the same incident. Yet here at Microsoft they don't seem able to differentiate between the two incidents. It's sad that Xbox takes action without providing proof to the individual as to exactly what was the cause of the enforcement action. The only people I was in party was, with other clan members, and there is no messages to anyone else that would have constituted inappropriate communication. It seems like Xbox really doesn't know what they are doing.

    The latest suspension could have been for an offense committed prior to the first suspension....they don't always become active straight away as it depends on whether it needs investigating etc

    Anyway, Enforcement is the only place to get any answers, appeal against suspensions and see what was the offense etc:

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.
