I thought it was the update because I would restore and the audio would work with fallout 76 in fullscreen mode but apparently I rolled over realtek audio and then updated again and the audio has been fixed in full screen mode once again. I thought it was the updates but apparently not; I was uninstalling updates to get it to work before. But I tried the latter method and now it works fine thank you for your fast response, I no longer need service. I appreciate your time!

roblox does not have true fullscreen mode same as a lot of games these days, it is actually borderless even if you select fullscreen, so the task bar will always appear at the bottom if the mouse moves down there.
