April rewards deposit

I haven't received rewards credits for April deposited into my account. Can you please check when they will be deposited.

April MyVip was supposed to be deposited between the 12th-15th, however there is a bug which has caused a delay. The staff is unsure on when the deposit will take place but we all will receive our deposit when it's ready.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.
