April purchases not counting?

Is there a reason that none of the purchases I made in April count for my 8% back? I've been checking every day and it's now the 11th and it still hasn't updated.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still technically not late, but there is a slight delay to the April rebates.

April was calculated a few weeks ago, and is currently pending in your account. There was no issue with the MyVIP progress calculations, but payback was delayed due to concerns that some users would not get payback at a Gold level. It is the MyVIP event
