April purchases not counting?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have delayed April payback due to an issue with some preview program members. Once we resolve this issue and can confirm that those users are properly Rewarded, we will award MyVIP for April. Again, apologies for any inconvenience

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still technically not late, but there is a slight delay to the April rebates.

April was calculated a few weeks ago, and is currently pending in your account. There was no issue with the MyVIP progress calculations, but payback was delayed due to concerns that some users would not get payback at a Gold level. It is the MyVIP event
listed in your Mystatement dated for the end of April.
