April 2018 quests not updating.

I have seen another thread on this but figured I need to make my own due to that particular person having been helped.

My quest is showing 0% for adding friends but 100% for the other two categories. I have added at least 12-15 people starting 3 weeks ago. I have created a help ticket but I was instructed to come to the forums and seek advice from one of the ambassadors.
I have had notifications regarding adding friends to my feed and have given it over 72 hours to update multiple times.

Any and all help would be welcomed and appreciated!

April 2018 Quests Not Updating

I did see notifications, but I deleted them because I didn't want to see them. Previous progress was only for the two other categories, and those updated within a day.

Gotcha, thanks for that update. This is something that we've had contact with the proper team on and we'll be sure to let you know when we have an update to provide on this.

With that said, Xbox Quests progress were being tracked prior to this site so there shouldn't be an issue with how that is being displayed for you now so long as you ensure you properly complete all three Xbox Quests

Do I need to play with the new friends, or message them, or anything at all? It still hasn't updated yet.

Aside from creating a ticket in regards to this Quest issue that you're experiencing, were you given any other specific steps/instructions?

Also, on your Xbox One console, let's try briefly
removing your profile, followed by
power cycling the console, then afterwards redownload your profile. This'll help refresh your profile on your console.

Lastly, do you happen to recall when this issue originally started?

Be sure to keep us posted on your progress!

removing your profile, followed by
power cycling the console, then afterwards redownload your profile. This'll help refresh your profile on your console.

Lastly, do you happen to recall when this issue originally started?

I removed my profile did a hard reset (power cycle) where I unplugged the power cord for 30 seconds. I then logged back in and then did one more hard reset where I held the power button until it reset. I still haven't seen any updates for it on the tracker.
What is our next step?

To make sure we're on the same page & prevent you from trying any steps that you were previously given, were you told to try some other steps when you originally created a support ticket?

Also, have you tried a soft Factory Reset where you keep your games & apps?

I am having the exact same issue and have added multiple friends over the past 2 weeks and you can see that they were added. I was told to reach out to the ambassadors and was unsure how to appropriately do so and then I saw this thread pop up. I started
a help ticket for documentation purposes but didn't know what else could be done.
