I would like to have you verify that in the Microsoft store you're signed in to the account where the purchase for Minecraft Windows 10 edition was made.To check this go here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

The Wireless Display preview app was made and remains available for Xbox Preview members. There has as yet been no mention of a release of the app to the general user base that I know of. To get the app,
one needs to apply for and be accepted to the Preview Program.
