the lovefilm app and the netflix app for xbox one are not working they wont even load up is there currently a issue with these services

If after installing Windows 10 again you signed in to the wrong account that doesn't own the game it will continue to prompt to purchase it again.

I would like to have you verify that in the Microsoft store you're signed in to the account where the purchase for Minecraft Windows 10 edition was made.To check this go here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Why does the vudu app take forever to load and feels like it's only half the app as any other version. My Xbox 360, ps3, and smart tv have about the same options, but the Xbox one versions are missing parts from the my vudu section to organize by purchase
date, a-z, categories, and it goes on and on.

 

The vudu app is hit or miss I was having issues with it. So I uninstalled it,then reinstalled it.seems to be working fine now and loads faster.hope this helps

 

Trying quitting out of the app (go to the home screen, highlight the app, press the start button, and then select quit).
