    Apps won’t work properly and storage space won’t clear


    OK so I first started noticing issues with my Xbox one When Netflix wouldn’t work and then Hulu stopped working and then I couldn’t get on GTA so I started with the basics restarting And then tried deleting I tried deleting the apps and re-adding them And that’s when I realized it wouldn’t let me re-download some of the items that I deleted because it didn’t actually make any room so now I’ve deleted things but it still says it’s full . I deleted Netflix and Hulu in GTA because HBO Max was still working. Let me re-add Netflix and Hulu but refuse to let me add GTA saying that I was at max capacity even though they were just on there . now hbo max still worked fine so I left it … now hbo is having issues and stopping everything works fine on my phone which is on the same Wi-Fi so it’s not the Wi-Fi . I’m lost

    Hope you're doing great today despite this Jojo

    If I understood correctly, you deleted some apps and games from your Xbox Console but the used storage is the same. Right?

    The deleted apps was installed in any external storage? Or you only have the internal storage?

    If you maybe have any external storage device connected. Please disconnect it and try this:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Ok so i’m having all kinds of issues I’ve soft reset hard reset and factory reset already every time I try and download a game or an app I get this error code 0x8024401c I can’t find it on the website of codes either

    Xbox app wont load for PC?

    Clear the Microsoft Store cache

    Press Windows + R to launch Run, type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter.

    Once the reset process is finished, restart your PC and then check if the Windows Store App works as it should.

    The Xbox App depends on the Microsoft Store App to run properly. So, if there is something wrong with the Store app, many apps won’t launch or won’t download anything.

    In this case, resetting the Store cache can fix the problem, so make sure you do that by following the steps above.

    When trying to play Xcloud says “we can’t save any more data for this game or app” how do I fix this?

    Yes I’ve cleared over 100 gb on my Xbox but xcloud still won’t work for fallout 4 and it’s only fallout 4 that has a problem. I tried using cloud gaming on my Xbox instead but it still didn’t work. My game starts syncing and then says “we can’t save any more data for this game or app” and says my Xbox is out of space for saved data
