Apps won’t launch again

Hi, my apps won’t launch. I have deleted them and then installed them again. This worked briefly, but then the problem came back. I have done a factory reset and that didn’t fix the issue either. I don’t know if the problem is related to the xbox live issues
reported with tv, video and music services not working properly. Please Xbox Live community somebody help me, your my only hope x

Thanks for you reply. I’ve done the reset but that didn’t work. I have logged back in and now the rewards app won’t launch. I’ve tried reinstalling the rewards app but still won’t open. It says something about updating location. This used to happen before but I could click the icon again and it would let me into the app. But now I can’t get into it at all. I’m guessing I’m gonna have to do a full factory reset? Thanks Luke

Clear the Microsoft Store cache

Press Windows + R to launch Run, type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter.

Once the reset process is finished, restart your PC and then check if the Windows Store App works as it should.

The Xbox App depends on the Microsoft Store App to run properly. So, if there is something wrong with the Store app, many apps won’t launch or won’t download anything.

In this case, resetting the Store cache can fix the problem, so make sure you do that by following the steps above.
