    Hi, I've tried this already. The new windows store doesn't allow you to install FH5 through it. You have to install it through the Xbox app. It redirects you there. Thanks though

    I'm sorry to see any download issues! We had seen this towards the end of last year, however the main issue had been resolved. What we tend to see now are outliers, like yourself, who still see this issue.

    Are you installing this on an external hard drive, or is this on the Xbox One's internal hard drive? This will help us determine if it's a new issue, or if we need to focus on troubleshooting to avoid future full game downloads like this.

    You can contact your email provider on how to block emails. These could be advertisement emails or something of that sort.

    Blocking is not ideal, because there could be important alerts regarding my account.

    It would be better if Microsoft didn't send requests to install the app, if it's already installed. If the emails are advertisement, then they are supposed to include Unsubscribe and/or Manage Preferences links, and it does not appear that they do.
