Apps Unavailable Msg

I keep getting a unavailable message for apps that I download to my xbox360. I don't have a live membership at the moment and get a service alert message when testing my live connection. My Xbox is connected via Wifi. I live in Austin, Texas USA. I also
get an error status report when testing my live connection. When testing my service status from my surface tablet it says all my apps are working normally on the Xbox. I made sure it was logged into my Xbox profile when testing this status. Still has the same
result. I can only use Netflix and TubiTV apps. Do you know what to do when it says the app is unavailable right now and try again later? This message never changes so I basically can't use any of the apps outside those two.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with some of the apps on your Xbox 360. If you've already checked the

Xbox Live Service Status and found that there are no service alerts, then I would recommend trying to troubleshoot using our support article entitled

Help for Xbox Live apps on Xbox 360.

Give the troubleshooting a try and please let us know the results.

android and iphone users do have a xbox live app which sends msgs and sends txt msgs no voice msgs.

Ypu mean the msg with the link or the invite msg?

If the invite msg then unfortunately they have slowed down invites and acceptance getting into the beta now is slim or going to tale a long time

If it is the acceptance msg with the link you must post in the sticky about resending the preview app msg

Nevermind. Found the msgs/codes were still on my MS account. Didn't know msgs could be accessed from MS account. N the code msgs are not on my Xbox app on my lapyop.
