    Apps not working


    for the last week or so, every time i try to watch anything on the skygo app on xbox one s it will only play 10 seconds of video then stops the playback and sends me back to home screen if it plays programme at all. 2 days ago it also started doing this
    for all videos on all4 app and as of today is also not playing anything on demand5 app as well. We also have an xbox one x and everything plays on that fine. I have tried uninstalling, resetting network, power reset and full factory reset of xbox and nothing
    is helping. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

    Hey Forever Radical -

    Thanks for posting. Could you provide some additional information please? What happens when you try to use an app such as Netflix or Amazon Video? Are you trying to use them full-screen or snapped? Are you receiving any error codes when you attempt to use
    an app? An error code would resemble either XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

    Additionally, have you tried
    Power Cycling
    your Xbox One console? If the issues with the apps persists, please try the following for each of the apps:

    Ive been trying to find a way of contacting them but have so far only found twitter as a means of doing so and i do not have an active twitter account so my partner said he will try contacting them for me

    I don't If this is gonna work but You could change the region of your Xbox to a region which has the same language as yours, update the app from there and see If It Works.
