Apps not visible when i sign in to Xbox live

I am using an xbox 360. Once i sign in to xbox live the downloadable apps are not visible any longer and of course cannot download them.

I have tried removing and re-installing all the updates as well as clearing cache date but have registered no progress.

Hi there, your HDD might be corrupted? perhaps try using another external HDD and see if downloaded into that medium, it is working?

I am simply not seeing the apps when I sign into xbox live.

I checked, the xbox, Microsoft store and Xbox app are all signed in with the same account.

As for the purchase history, it's not listed there (only my xbox live subscriptions are visible).

I really don't understand why it's not listing FH4... This worked last year when I downloaded it on my laptop.

Have you tried to use and sign-in on the Xbox App using your mobile device an check if that will be visible from there?

When you sign in to your Xbox, the Gamertag appears at upper right. It also is visible in Social.

The Microsoft Account ID (formerly the Windows LIVE ID) is the email you used to create your account.
