    Apps not opening, only showing 'Update in progress' (Xbox Series X)


    Hi Guys, since yesterday I've had an issue where if I try to open any app I get pop up screen stating 'Update in progress'.

    I have no apps updating and the only apps I can access are built in ones such as Settings, Store and Report Issue.

    Games load up fine.

    Reported issue through console but not seen the same issue on here on Reddit or Twitter.

    Or that version of the console can do it?

    Hello Xbox community, this is about Xbox series x/s versions of games!

    Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?

    Can't find games on Xbox Windows Application

    The game is only available on the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, which is why you can not see it on the PC app, as only PC games are shown on the PC app store. If you do purchase the game, yes it will show up on your Xbox console for you to download.

    I am having the same issue with two games I owned and not showing in my library. They disappeared after setting my new Xbox series x from having an Xbox one. All apps and store are fully updated.
