Continua dando o mesmo problema. Já fui respondido para tirar o cabo de energia por 5 minutos e outras coisas, entretanto não teve finalidade. Não consigo entrar nos aplicativos e não consigo fazer compras dentro do xbox.

Translate-Still giving the same problem. I was already answered to take the power cord for 5 minutes and other things, however it had no purpose. I can't sign in to apps, and I can't make purchases inside the Xbox.

Hey JRenzo,

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already done so, please run a connection test on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

Once the test finishes, do the corresponding troubleshooting on our
Connection Solution page if an error appears. Let us know how it goes!

A live estava com uns problemas recentemente, entao pode ter sido isso. Caso vc ainda nao consiga entrar, desliga o console na tomada e tente novamente, cheque sua conexao com a internet tambem.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
