    Hello, xbox support.

    I have been thinking about this for a few months now, how do you apply for staff/can i apply for staff. I have been getting alot of messages for helping make xbox live a greater place and i think i am legible to help out around xbox.

    Please could i get a response of how i can apply (if there is a way) because i am very intrested in applying.

    Xbox does not have jobs you can do from your home from what I know. You will have to move there and work in their offices.

    what do the staff do on ultimate team

    Whenever you apply a contract card, or a boost card to a player, it increases the value of improvement by whatever percentage you have in your staff.

    So say you are applying a Shooting +10 card, if you have 10% staff bonus, you will get +11 instead of +10 for your shooting stat.

    Don't bother too much about the staff apart from the managers with contract bonuses as they are really handy to have!
