    Hello, can anyone help - I'm trying to apply for a case review for my 14 year old who has said or done something to receive a 2 week ban. I've clicked on the Apply for Review button, Agreed to the Terms & Conditions on the next page, but after that it just
    brings me back to the main enforcement home page. He was banned once before and I went through the set of questions, but didn't get them this time. Any idea why it's not working? I'd like to submit a case to find out what he's said or done! (I also tried calling
    Xbox customer support, but they were unable to help). Hopefully someone can answer.

    having issues applying for a case review.

    I am trying to apply for a case review so I can explain it. There was a misunderstanding when I got reported the player said he was sorry about it. Even after that I knew that after he sent it there is nothing that could be done. When I try to apply for
    a case review it says I need a "active applicable enforcement action." but I do have an active suspension on communication until January 13th. Just need help explain the case or apply for a case review.
