Applications not downloading in Microsoft Store?

Hi, I tried something that worked for me :

I went to microsoft store, downloaded xbox application.

after downloading it, in microsoft store application (not xbox), I went to library (bottom left) and update my games from there (I had FH5 and humankind not willing to update)

The problem is in the microsoft store. The Xbox app cannot see ms store. You will run all the games you have installed, but you will not download the game and application from ms store.

Not the only way will be this because the game files downloaded by the Microsoft Store and Xbox application are encrypted.

I tried that out but I think that the problem is about microsoft store. I can't install anything on it and the only way to get applications for me is to download them from the internet and just hope that it doesn't need connection to the microsoft store. This is why i can't install the minecraft launcher- It tries to connect to the microsoft store but then it gets an error and it sends me the store so I can download the launcher from there, which just like I said doesn't work. I followed your steps and the only problem I got was in the last step, which requires me to download an application from the store.
