    Bonjour,

    J'ai un abonnement Canal Satellite que je regarde sur ma Xbox 360.

    Tout fonctionné normalement et depuis plusieurs jours, j'ai accès Canal en Live mais plus Canal la demande....

    J'ai téléchargé part l'application 'Canal la demande' et ça ne fonctionne pas non plus.

    Je me suis déconnecté plusieurs fois et reconnecté, mais rien n'y fait......

    Sur tous mes autres supports (pc, tablette, téléphone) tout fonctionne normalement.

    Sorry to hear it. Have you checked with Canal to make sure they didn't suspend service to the 360 app?

    Hey there Mustang Shelby,

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with issue trying to get your app to work the way it should.

    If that (or any) app is not doing the thing it should, I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our support article

    A downloaded Xbox Live app won't launch on Xbox 360     as it could help with a good variety of intra-app problems.

    Another good thing to try would be to try removing your account and then redownloading it as outlined in

    How to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360    .

    When you get a chance, give those steps there a shot and let us know if that helped out.
