Apple: Xbox App Notifications

Message notifications with my Windows 8.1 phone on my Xbox One hasn't works for a few months for me. One day, the notifications simply stopped. My son has an Apple phone, and it works. I find that pretty funny. Yes, I reinstalled the app. Notifications simply
died.

I’m not sure what you mean by Focus Time, that’s not an actual feature on iOS, unless you are referring to Focus, the upgraded DND feature across the Apple services. I use it, but all my notifications still come through, just silenced, like they should. My iPhone received the Xbox app notifications during Focus. I was successful in getting my iPad to also work. Had to restart it, then reinstall the app.

1. start by downloading thie xbox app on your phone: Google Play, Apple App Store

2. open the app and login

3. click the button right of the notification button and then "set up a console"

just follow the steps its provides.

Apple's web forums that they were having issues on the X regarding notifications.
