    Hey Matthew,

    Before accessing your router, try clearing our your MAC address from within the console since it seems to be part of the problem. Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address. Now if even after that, visit our Connection
    Error     page.

    I can connect to internet but cannot connect to xbox live

    Hi,

    Router: Apple Time capsule

    I have a wired connection from my xbox to my internet router. When i do the test connection, everything is connected up until the last set of dots from the xbox to xbox live. Everything is properly connected and i dont know why this is happening. THis just
    happened out of nowhere.

    Any help is appreciated

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the

    console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds,

    then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading screen

    when you power it back up. reset youre router too then try

    Well then, here goes.

    I live in USA, GA

    Modem brand: Ubee\ Model number D3.0

    Router brand: Apple time capsule (store.apple.com/.../time-capsule-2tb)

    My connection to xbox live is wired

    Things I have tried: reseting my router and modem several times.

    When I run a connection test no NAT errors come up, although when I play a game that shows you your NAT type i.e call of duty... again, it is moderate

    I have not encountered any error codes

    My ISP: Comcast

    I had the same problem, and I think I found the fix. I use a Apple Time Capsule for my wifi, Im guessing the issue could be the same with other routers. You just have to change the channel that your router uses. For Time Capsule or any other Apple router
    go through Airport Utility on your Mac, you should be able to do the same on any other router through the setup screen. I changed the channel 4 days ago and have not had any problems since then. Im guessing the router and controller were competing for the
    same channel. Hope this helps!
