    AppID review decision pending over 6 months - for Minecraft APIs


    I applied to the AppID review 6 months ago, and again 3 months ago and have NOT received any response from Microsoft whatsoever.

    Can you please investigate where the hold up is?

    how long a review of the case lasts

    If the case is closed under the review section

    then they rendered their decision console bans are final

    If the case status is still pending then it's still under review noone but you can see the status

    My xbox account has been banned for about 2 years and I was never able to speak to an xbox enforcement agent is there anyway I can get in direct contact with one?

    Submitting a case review on the enforcement site (the appeal you sent) is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision at that time, there is nothing else that can be done. They will not review cases that are over 12 months old.

    Something must be going on. Ive been with rewards for 6 months, and have always got my points (when over 100) deposited on the 15th. But, nothing this month, and 160 pending. First time it hasnt been there.

    Is it possible to get a false ban removed?

    You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the ban to submit a case review and they possibly could have overturned their decision. Since it's been over 12 months, it's not longer possible to contact them regarding the ban.
