Appeal on banned account approved but the restrictions are still on my account

2. In this section, you'll need to register a personal Microsoft account.
   Note: You can only register with a personal MSA; An enterprise account will not display correctly. If the account can't log in, you can use another account or create a new account.
   
3. Under "Products & Services," select "Other Products," select "Account Registration Issues" as the category, and click Confirm.
   
4. You can access the chat window by selecting "Chat with a Support Specialist in a Web Browser."

no just giving someone access to your account is grounds for being banned then someone in another region accessing your account bypassing restrictions is a grounds for being banned

What they said was correct and if the appeal was denied, then there is no other recourse you'll have to wait the year.

If you wish to appeal a ban, you need to go through the enforcement site:
enforcement.xbox.com

Typically if it is a 24hr communication ban, the ban will be over before an appeal is heard. However, just because your son was on your account, the ban is based on the account. It doesn't really matter who was using the account as someone with access
to the account did something violating the CoC and creating the issue. In the future, you may not want your child to be using your profile, and instead have a separate profile that is restricted with proper parental controls.

The only way to review the reasons for an active ban or suspension and request an appeal is by logging into the following link with the account that was banned:

If the suspension or ban is eligible for a case review, you will see an option that says "Submit an appeal." You will need to fill out the form and wait for the Xbox Safety team to analyze the situation and make a decision.

If the appeal is approved, the disciplinary action will be reversed, and the restricted features will be removed from your account.

Take into consideration that Xbox Support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions, they don’t have access to enforcement details. Also, please keep in mind that in this public community forum, we are fellow players like you, and we do not have access to specific information about your system or account details.

Hey so I checked my appeal today and it’s says approved so I assume that mean I’m unbanned? I tried to sign in and it said theres a problem with your credentials or something so any info on that and it still Says permanent on enforcement history but my hopes are high
