    Recently, my account was hacked and subsequently received a permanent ban. I submitted an appeal, which was approved, but I can still not log into my account. Despite waiting for two weeks and resetting my password, I am still facing issues logging in. As a banned user, I am unable to contact Xbox support directly, which has left me in a difficult situation. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Any guidance or further steps I need to take would be greatly appreciated.
