    Apparently wont let me add a console to my Xbox app


    For the past couple years I’ve been able to access Xbox app with my Xbox perfectly but after the discord update I added my discord account to my Xbox and used it to talk in discord voice chats on xbox but yesterday when I tried to connect a voice chat I was in it told me it had done it but nothing came up on my xbox so I tried again to no success so I left it for that night came on this morning and now I don’t have an xbox connected to my xbox app and when I try to reconnect it tells me to turn on and sign in to start and so I keep reseting and turning off and on but nothing happens so I check all the troubleshoots like signing in and out of xbox and xbox app didn’t work so now I’m not only not able to use discord on xbox I’m also not able to access anything from my xbox or on my xbox app

    Hi there!

    Let's make sure that you have the correct settings from your Xbox console:
    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
    Select the Enable remote features checkbox.
    Under Power options, select Sleep.
    Note: If your console power mode isn’t set to Sleep, remote play won’t work.

    On your mobile device:
    Open the Xbox mobile app.
    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.
    ***Please swipe down your screen 2 to 3 times to refresh the list.
    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

    Let me know if that works.

    i can sign on a pc but wont let me sign in on my console. i deleted the account and tried to add new now the add new app wont even open so i can put my account in

    Cant add account?

    it lets me sign in no problem on the app, but when I try to add the account to my xbox it wont let me and tells me to use the Microsoft account password
