Apparently my Game Pass Ultimate is not linked to my Xbox account

I am assuming that you are on an Xbox One (Game Pass does not work on the 360s)

Where did you purchase the subscription?

Online?

On the console?

With a debit credit card?

With a prepaid xbox live/game pass card?

First what you want to do is make sure you are signed into the account that has the subscription for the game pass.

Then go into settings and go under account and go to sign in security and passkey. This page will show you the email address for that account that is signed in. If you purchased the subscription online you will want to make sure that this is the account
that you purchased it with or added the prepaid code to.

Keep in mind that the subscriptions are tied to the account that they are purchased on you can share the games like any other digital game with the Home xbox system but you would first need to sign into the account that has the game pass subscription to
download and install the games on the system first.

I love my Ultimate game pass, But if you want to change back You can cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by signing in at www.xbox.com/accounts,

Apparently u need game pass ultimate but I don't and still could pre order for free with my regular game pass

same for me too. I just bought Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then i went to the inventory on discord and its just nothing there and yes my discord account is linked to my xbox account

Which seems to be related to the fact i have 2 accounts on my xbox app. My microsoft account which in my xbox gamertag and then my store account which doesnt have an xbox account linked to it but now has the game pass ultimate subscription attached to it.
