    Thing is, that's all it states, I can access the pages fine. no errors.

    Some assistance would be nice here.

    Hello Null Logic Nova,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your Belgian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Even if i wasnt the one who turned on TSV where would u enter the code if my account is locked, i have a backup code

    My account has been suspended, i though i could just appeal it and it was no big deal but now im being told that it will remain suspended. It has something to do with TSV. Everything was working fine and nothing changed but randomly i got suspended, i have a lot of important accunts linked to microsoft and i cannot log in to them, im praying that this issue can be resolved ASAP because i do not thing i did anything wrong.

    TSV (two step verification) as support said takes account recovery out of their hands. It basically sends a text message verification code to the phone number that was chosen when TSV is set up on an account whenever anyone tries to login to the account.

    If you don't have access to the phone number where those codes are being sent then the only way to recover it is by entering the backup codes that were given when TSV was turned on.

    If you werent the one who turned on TSV then of course you wouldn't have access to the phone number where the codes are being sent or have access to the backup codes.

    Thats why support just permanently locked the account instead because thats all they can do in these situations.

    If the account is already locked then theres nowhere to put the code.

    Whatever backup code you have would no longer be valid though if someone else setup TSV after you got that code.

    I'm trying to access my brothers account to sort out unmaintained security issue apparently. But just 2 days ago he could sign into the account no problem. Now it has blocked the account. And I keep trying to resolve the issue and it's giving me 24 hour
