My billing details are all over the place.

Apparently I have accounts in 4 different countries - AU, GB, UA and US, and thus reward point thingies can't be deposited.

Though I did once set up a US address, to my knowledge I've never done that with the GB (English) or UA (Ukraine) entries in my billing section.

I'm unable to edit/remove the unwanted locations. I really just want to keep the AU (Australian) one, and hopefully be able to redeem the 125k of points currently in limbo.

The same thing happened earlier this year, and though I was able to have the points deposited, the same prob has appeared once more.

I can confirm that your deposit is presently being deposited due to our system being unable to receive your primary billable account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account,

I just got this about an hour ago. Apparently this problem has been about for four months. What the *** is going Microsoft? I expect free M points for not getting the services I'm paying for.

Kino - 39 with 4 people but one left, the other didn't play

Five - 27? with 4

Shang ri la - 32 with 3 people but one DC.

Cotd- 28 with four people.

Moon- 34 with two but I DC so it didn't count.

Acension- 35 with three or four.

Verruckt- 21? with three or four.

Nacht Der- 17 with four I think.

Der Riese- 33 with two people but I made it to 39 on WaW with three.

Shi No Numa- 30 with three but one DC.

Pre-downloaded. Now stuck four and a half hours later re-downloading the whole thing apparently. Currently at 66% after four and a half hours. As everyone else has already said: what was the point of pre-downloading, again?
