If Xbox has discovered an image that is offensive or inappropriate for use on Xbox Live, the following is done:

A thorough investigation is completed to determine if any offensive images were used or uploaded to the service.

If Xbox detects the presence of offensive images, the images are removed and your profile is temporarily prohibited from sharing additional images (typically for 24 hours). Repeated or serious violations may result in longer suspensions.

Note: If an image you uploaded appears on Xbox Live, it may be reviewed later and subject to disciplinary action if it violates the Xbox Community Guidelines.

Examples of offensive images include:

Content that harms or attacks other people, such as references to hate groups, terrorism or controversial figures

Nudity and sexual content

References to illegal drugs, controlled substances or illegal activities

Depictions of real violence or excessive violence and gore

I understand as I had a suspension for gamer pic back in July 2023 so it’s nearly been a year so I won’t be able to see it on my “Expired Suspension” once it hit the one year mark?

it says the way I have my account set up it won’t let me use it. I don’t know how to fix it

For some reason on Xbox app it won’t let me change my gamer picIt’s been months now and he keeps saying try again later when I’m trying to do a custom gamer pic

Someone apparently took pity on me and fixed my account, the settings were glitched on my account across multiple xboxes, and i had a cute happy feet penguin as my gamer picture but when i logged in a couple days ago my cute profile pic was gone, and my
settings were fixed. The custom gamer pic i dont think was the cause since i am the only one i have heard of having this issue and i know multiple people with custom pics.
