    Seems a known issue, however it seems to work with the YouTube ios and android app. Hope they release a wp8 and windows 8 YouTube app here before long.

    I appreciate your patients, hope your doing well.

    Upon further consultation, I was told that there is no reported issue about this matter on out Internal source, not even in Xbox feedback page. This time, what I highly recommend is to send a feedback about this to Xbox developers page for this to be brought to their attention.

    On Xbox app for mobile (iOS and Android):

    • Launch Xbox app.
    • Go to Settings and scroll down until you reach Support & Feedback.
    • Look for Give Feedback.
    • Select the option available and provide feedback then submit.

    I can confirm that I have reset the Xbox App previously and the problem still persists. I will do it again to be sure, but I do not expect it to resolve the issue.

    I just attached an additional video to the same feedback entry. Should I create a new feedback entry for this issue, or is the current one sufficient?

    I had a similar problem a few months ago on an Android device. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and the the issue was sorted. I hope this helps
