Apparent bug with a 3 month XBOX Game Pass reward from AMD.

I got this 3 month game pass code with my new CPU, I activated the code, both AMD and Microsoft services said it was working. But then the MS pop up thing asked if I want an extra month by entering my credit card number. I did that, why not. Then when I
opened the actual account page, I only see one free month. And then it will start taking the full fee. So my 3 months, which were seemingly already activated, got lost in the ether. Obviously not supposed to happen. I've also retraced the steps to the activation,
and when I get to the step where Microsoft wants a code, it's "already redeemed".

I also can't find a better place to ask about it. None of the Troubleshooting and Virtual Agent stuff is helping. What happened to just writing a support ticket? An e-mail? Going through the steps for "customer support" actually brings me here, or makes
me pick up the phone. Which I'm not doing. And no other options that I can see. If anyone knows _a real_ way to talk to support about this, that would be awesome.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then payment and billing

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

If you go to xbox support.com and scroll to the bottom it should say contact us.

Click that then it has you pick a category, followed by ask us a question. Below the text on that it should say in small text see other options click that.

Fill that out and on number three it will say these usually help click show contact options and choose chat with xbox support.

Got it sorted everyone thanks for your help. For anyone else experiencing problems. After inputting the code to amdrewards, and you receive the message code activated, look up to the top left and click amd rewards tab. It will then run through things and
the code is there. It wont be sent by email, it takes you straight to the xbox site.

i would contact AMD, is it a code by any chance?
