Are you referring to the Console Companion or the Xbox (beta) app?

I’m assuming you mean the beta app as it has been experiencing some issues. Make sure that you have the newest update to your Windows 10 and if you may need to run a clean boot.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Does the Xbox Live login only not work in a certain game or across all games/apps?

Some extra details: When I am at home I can watch videos but when I select a game that is advertised it shows me this error code: 8C23002 and wheni go to browse apps and for example youtube it shows me this error code:80004005

Has anyone found a solution to error code 80190193, it has been more than 24 hrs that this code shows up.
