To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

hi thank you for replying but that is what i have been trying to find but it isn't letting me go past the privacy and online setting to show me Xbox one/windows 10 online safety so thats the pasrt i dont know how to get past.
