App : MyCanal problem

Dear All,

I have a probllem with My canal application.

I can't access to direct chanels with my account. But I can access to "Canal+ la demande".

My account it's already valid. (Test performed this week-end)

I already desinstall and reinstall the application without success.

Could you help me.

It is possible that the console version of the app has not been updated by the developer to support 4K at this time.

For more info on the current features of the app be sure to check out the
store page.

You might try reaching out to the developer of that app to see if they plan to update it in the future!

Without knowing what you mean by "channel application" I can't help much, but I can suggest you turn off the xbox and unplug it for 30 seconds. That fixes a lot of things.

Sorry but i won't pay for a service i do not use.

Microsoft did not answer to me several weeks ago. I do not use anymore the gold live since mycanal app does not work anymore.

Then why should i pay 60€ ?

Can you tell me why nobody's available on the phone ? And in french ?
