Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

I wanted to ask, Are you having any issues with any other APPs, or are you just having issues with this one particular APP?

Uninstall Xbox One games or apps to free hard drive space

Also, If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. Hope this helps!

e não sei se essa assinatura funciona no modo normal do xbox,mas eu assinei o gamepass que estava 1 real e retirou do cartão e não contabilizou que tinha a assinatura,então assinei de novo e retirou mais 1 real e não contabilizou que eu tinha assinatura,mas
se eu for em assinaturas diz que eu tenho gamepass que vai acabar em 04/04/19 e o gamepass não funciona e meu medo é de o gamepass começa a funcionar e eu ser banido por ter comprado 2 mês por 1 real

So if I'm understanding correctly you had accidentally purchased a Gamepass subscription but it did not apply and the money was taken from your card, but the expiration date does not match?

Apologies if that is not correct, but if you don't mind can you explain step by step what it is that you were trying to do and what the problem or concern is? What is your concern for thinking you will be banned?
