    Boa noite, tem alguns meses que comprei o app "Torrex Pro" pelo xbox one usando meu cartão de credito, porem no domingo quando fui usar, estava acusando a mensagem "Voce tem este jogo ou app?", Sendo que meu console esta esta online com assinaturas ativas
    de live gold e gamepass ultimate, alem de que minha conta esta como xbox principal.

    Hoje mesmo fiz o teste e o app não abre.

    (Fiz o risco vermelho pois continha os numernúmerosos finais do meu cartão)

    Hi again and thank you for keeping us informed. My thought was just, the console does not recognize that you own this app. Therefore, you should check if this is still listed in your account.

    As for your question: using the insider hub can only have an effect if you are an insider and your console participates in the program. Specifically, if you use a preview OS on your console.

    But it could well be that the UWP Apps - which were created for Windows Phone 8 - were also stopped on the console because of the support end.

    Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset
    on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [DELETE EVERYTHING]

    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, go with that option. This will delete all your games and apps. Afterwards you'll needs to reinstall all your games and
    apps. This will also reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up. Hope this helps! Let us know!

    2. see other option -> payments and billing
    3. show contact options
    4. choose the way of contact that you prefer (chat or call)

    Não é meu caso, sou proprietario da conta anexada ao xbox, sendo a mesma conta que estou pedindo ajuda no forum. Somente quero uma ideia de como posso solucionar este erro para utilizar o app novamente, e no print acima e confirmado diretamente no xbox,
