Apocalypse Rewards purchases not registering.

My first purchase toward the required $50 goal was a $20 purchase of Dying Light back on May 5th. With just over a week remaining in the promotion, my account shows zero progress toward this goal. I've now spent over the $50 goal and unlocked 6 achievements
(in Mad Max), so I'd like someone to look into this problem so I don't miss out on my due rewards. Thank you!

Apocalypse Rewards content not registering.

I've unlocked 36 achievements in Mad Max since purchasing it as part of the Apocalypse Rewards program, but Xbox Rewards has not tallied ANY of them toward my required unlocks. Please fix this and do not screw me out of the additional 6000 reward points
due to me for meeting all of the requirements for this month's offer. Thank you.

Also, if "screwed" seems like a harsh term, please understand that my purchases ALSO weren't registering for this offer until I had to file a similar support request earlier this month, so I'm a little irritated that whatever the technical problem is at
hand here, it seems to continue plaguing me. Thank you.

that page. We have escalated this issue to our web team to investigate. However, we do see that Credits for completion of the purchasing part of this offer have already been awarded to your account, and we should start processing your achievements soon, once

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated your issue to another team to investigate. In the meanwhile, we will adjust your account for completion of that part of the offer. Once our system is able to pick up that the first two parts of the offer
has been completed, the bonus will also be awarded. You should see the achievements shortly, with the bonus to follow.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

You must spend at least $50 before tax on eligible digital games for Xbox One and Xbox 360. This offer does not apply to purchases made in the retail Microsoft Store. Digital Games must be purchased in the Microsoft Store on your Xbox or on Windows and be from
this list of approved titles:
