Apocalypse rewards mission

I purchased dead rising 2, dead rising 2 off the record, and walking dead new frontier the complete season. Please explain how three full games are add on content and prevented my completion.

APOCALYPSE rewards .. games already owned

Reading the Missions for Apocalypse Rewards I already own digital copues of many of the fames listed. Will these go towards earning the rewards?

Apocalypse Rewards not showing up

I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition and completed 5 accomplishments for the mission "Apocalypse Rewards" but the rewards for this are not showing on my account or on the missions page. Thoughts?

We see that your purchase of Dead Rising 2: Off the Record was categorized as an add-on, and was therefore not calculated toward this offer. Since Rewards has ended in your region, we have escalated this issue to another team to adjust. Keep an eye on your
commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account) for this adjustment, which should show up as an additional Xbox Live Rewards event in the standard format, as a refund with a negative amount (since we are adding
funds and not removing them).

Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items and completing achievements, plus an extra
bonus for completing all of the steps).

For example, this month's featured monthly mission would be the Apocalypse Rewards offer. Since you have only done the Microsoft Movies and TV offer, which is a recurring offer and not a featured monthly mission, you have not completed this MyChallenge.

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Also from the FAQ, only Games are eligible for this offer:

Level 1: Search the City

You must spend at least $50 before tax on eligible digital games for Xbox One and Xbox 360. This offer does not apply to purchases made in the retail Microsoft Store. Digital Games must be purchased in the Microsoft Store on your Xbox or on Windows and be from
this list of approved titles:

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. So you should see it completed soon.

Add-ins are not eligible for that offer.
