Apocalypse Rewards level 2 not unlocking

Something seems to have gone wrong with my Apocalypse rewards Level 2: for level 1 I purchased 3 games including VALA: Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse. 144 hours ago (last Thursday) I completed the 5 achievements and more for VALA, but Level 2 is still not
showing as unlocked in my missions and is at 0%.

Earlier in the month (before I actually did unlock the achievements) Level 2's tracker was showing at 100% (possibly because earlier in the month I won achievements in games which were eligible for Apocalypse, but which I already owned before this month),
but I've never been credited with the reward points so I'm assuming something's gone wrong behind the scenes.

Looking at the games I bought on 01 May: VALA was the first of the three, but looking at the prices technically might not have been
needed to meet the price requirement for Level 1 - then again I have no way of telling which ones were counted against that and I'd have thought that shouldn't make a difference as it's eligible content I bought during the window and won
achievements in. I can try getting 5 achievements in one of the other games just in case, but given the issues above I'm thinking it's more likely something's gone wrong with my account.

Any chance someone can look into it, help me out, or at least let me know if there's a way I can fix this before the door slams shut on it?

Double Rewards

Hello, I recently contacted you about missing rewards but now I have the double of them. I received Apocalypse Level 2 and Apocalypse Level 3 twice. I want to be fair and I wouldn't mind if the credits were removed. Thank You

 

Apocalypse Rewards – Level 2 & 3 missing

Hello

I purchased Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition and completed 5 achievements by 27 May. Level 1 is showing in my pending credits but Level 2 & 3 are missing.

I completed 3 achievements on 22 May but these were not showing in the Apocalypse Rewards page on by 31 May.

Can someone look into this and ensure the Level 2 & 3 are correctly awarded?

Please also do not reply if you are not an Xbox Rewards support person.
