Apex Legends crashing due to overloaded memory

This is the crash error that I get,I don't understand how,because last season I was playing apex with mid settings and my Memory was not going over 70%,but now even with every other application closed,it goes to 98% (I also went and changed the video settings of the game to the lowest)

• Apex was using 40.6 GB of virtual memory.
• Apex failed to allocate 436.2 KB of memory.

• Your PC has 16.0 GB of memory physically installed.
• Your PC has 128.0 TB of virtual memory (with the page file).
• After Apex exited, your PC memory load is about 14%.

I'm using windows 10,and yes,this only happens when I play Apex.
I had no updates on any hardware component,no update for system,just the game started a new season patch,which sometimes brings some issues,but from the information that I gathered,there is no one else that had this particular issue this season,so it might be something from the system or my device.
I will attach some hardware specs pics:

And beside lowering the video settings of the game I cleaned my RAM cache,that's all.

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

Are you using windows 10 or 11?

Is this happening only with Apex? Or if you try a different game the issue persist?

Do you know if your system, a hardware component or app received recently an update?

What are your hardware specs?

And besides lowering the graphics settings, did you tried something else or that's all?

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Please try one of the next solutions, if one doesn't work proceed with the other:

A. Reinstall your graphics card driver via Nvidia website and try again

B. Force the system to use your dedicated GPU for Apex. Follow the next article for this purpose

C. Open task manager > Select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

D. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again
