Há alguns dias, toda vez que início o app Netflix no Xbox 360, ele congela todo o console, já desinstalei e instalei diversas vezes, algumas vezes funciona, porém ao entrar de novo dá o mesmo problema, já fiz todas as recomendações no site da Netflix e da
Microsoft e mesmo assim não vai.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with console freezing when accessing an app. We recommend to try reinstall the latest update. To do this go to the guide for

system update help and go to solution 7.

Ao iniciar uma partida no fifa20/19 o mesmo fica travando, apenas no fifa 20.

Ja restei o console, troquei o jogo de hd, reinstalei o jogo e o erro ocorre apenas no fifa.
