Anyway to remove these icons? They keep coming back up.

different than the original poster's, and we can solve your problem the quickest if we can concentrate on your symptoms.



1) That being said, were you using Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10? The Active Server Pages which the website uses depends on the IE or Safari web browsers, and using other web browsers can result in this problem.



2) If using IE does not solve the problem, please let us know the web page you were on before the problem appeared, what you were trying to do, and what you clicked on to get the failure to occur.



3) Please also try pressing on the BACK button and trying again, to see if it cleared or if the problem persists.
